The Praxis Intensity program is designed and structured to aid in lean muscle tissue development and with the use of challenging high intensity training will aid in decreasing body fat.


The program is best followed by those wanting to completely change how their body looks and who want to feel fit, lean and confident in their physical ability.


There is also a focus on improving posture and dealing with common structural imbalances we have seen over the years within the general population.


Training age:
Ideally 3-12 months of strength training experience.

The Praxis Athlete program is designed and structured to develop high performing bodies capable of expressing various aspects of athleticism to a high level.


Learn and develop both raw strength, speed and power along with co-ordination, balance, agility.


Body composition changes are going to occur but are not the focus, we do see many who follow this program though develop a leaner, more “athletic” body.


Training age:
Ideally 12-24 months of strength training experience.

  • Improved speed
  • Maximise absolute strength and athletic ability
  • Decreased body fat
  • Increased lean muscle tissue
  • Improved ROM

These session are for you if…


You want to learn how to do a handstand & prevent injury.


You want to get your first pull-up, push-up or dip.


Develop greater strength skills…You have chest to bar chins, dips maybe even muscle-ups.


But what can you do next with your strength???


This class is open to everyone & I cant recommend them enough.


The program design is TOUGH but the work will pay you back in gains, skills & all the good stuff.

This is the only program we offer designed with the sole purpose of improving maximal strength in the Squat, Bench & Deadlift


Using balanced, intelligent & individualised program design to:


  • Increase muscle mass
  • Bullet proof your body
  • Develop high levels of absolute strength
  • Improve your work capacity relative to weight training.


Below are the basic requirements for entry into the world of Praxis Barbell where we lift heavy & build bullet proof bodies.


  • Sleep 7-8 hours per night.
  • Complete additional programmed mobility & recovery pieces when needed.
  • Drink 50-60% of your BW in ounces of water.
  • Eat well & according to your goals. We can guide you on this but its up to you to stay the course.

Field work is the most diverse program offered at Praxis Athletic. Training in these sessions you will be exposed to everything from sprints, gymnastics strength, powerlifting, bullet proofing and bodybuilding methods all in aid of preparing you for anything and everything.
